This is a new school year and the return of the girls from summer vacation. The new year brings a new girl, Jo, a tough girl, hot-wire the truck and pull the bar school Chug-a-Jun with Blair, Natalie and Tootie to meet boys. But one of the boys meet by chance an undercover police are all in prison radius.
